Searching for a pediatrician in Fairhope, AL? Welcome to Eastern Shore Children’s Clinic! We are a pediatric practice based in the Fairhope and Spanish Fort communities. We have been serving Alabama children and their families since 1976, from newborns to young adults. Our goal is to provide quality, state-of-the-art pediatric care. We strive to create a comfortable, loving environment for each and every patient that enters our practice. We believe the very best care happens when parents and providers can form partnerships in the care of children. After Hours
Unfortunately, urgent medical concerns don’t follow a certain time table. We’re here for your family at all times, not just during regular business hours. Should your child experience a non-life threatening medical emergency outside of our office hours, you can call our main office number to be connected with our after hours nurse triage service. From there, the nurse will consult you on your child’s symptoms and give advice as to whether further medical attention is necessary.

Same-Day Sick Visits
When your child gets sick, every parent’s first instinct is to do everything in their power to make them feel better. Eastern Shore Children’s Clinic is here for you and your child! Should your child become ill, we will make every effort to see them in our office the same day you call us. Please give us a call as early in the morning as possible to limit the amount of time you spend waiting. If you would like for us to see more than one child, please specify when you call.
