Insurance

  • FullSizeRender-(2).jpgWe accept most insurance carriers. Please have your card with you at the time of your visit. For any questions regarding insurance coverage or claims, please call and ask to speak with our insurance clerks.
  • If we file your claim, you are responsible for only the co-pay at the time of visit. If we are not a provider for your insurance, if you are not insured or we do not file with your insurance company, you will be responsible for the entire charge at the time of service.
  • It is your responsibility to add your newborn to your insurance policy. Some insurance companies require you to add your child to your policy within 30 days. You will be responsible for charges incurred if you fail to add your newborn in the appropriate time.
  • We often do not have access to details of your insurance policy coverage. You should be familiar with what things are covered on your plan. Most insurance companies have a web site that you can utilize to review this information.

Our insurance clerks can assist with questions but are not responsible for determining coverage, this is solely determined by your insurance carrier.
