Elizabeth M. Orr
MD, FAAP
Dr. Orr grew up in Fairhope where she graduated as valedictorian from Fairhope High School in 2003. She went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude, and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa, from Birmingham Southern College with a degree in Biology.
Throughout school, Dr. Orr worked with children and young adults as a camp counselor at Camp Beckwith, a ropes course facilitator, and a Chi Omega new member educator. Dr. Orr stayed in Birmingham to pursue her medical degree at the University of Alabama School of Medicine, where she found her calling in caring for young children and teenagers in the field of pediatrics.
Dr. Orr completed her training in pediatrics as a resident with the Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. After residency, Dr. Orr chose to relocate back to her hometown where she could pursue fishing and boating on Fish River and be close to family.
Dr. Orr is married to local personal injury attorney, Jon Roberts. They met in Fairhope and enjoy relaxing by the water, traveling, and playing with their two rescue dogs Max and Bear. Dr. Orr also enjoys volunteering with Impact 100 of Baldwin County, Strickland Youth Center in Mobile, and at St. James Episcopal Church.
Dr. Orr is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and has been working at Eastern
Shore Children's Clinic since 2014.
